Job summary

Boulder Housing Partners is seeking a maintenance technician to support day-to-day operations across housing properties in Boulder. You will assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building upkeep to ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents.

The role requires physical work, teamwork with licensed professionals, and occasional after-hours responses to safety and security issues. Demands include driving a company vehicle and following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Building maintenance and repair experience across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to perform minor troubleshooting and follow record-keeping procedures.
• Good communication with residents and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in semi-skilled maintenance and repair tasks on properties, systems, and equipment.
• Perform interior/exterior painting, drywall repair, and carpentry.
• Support maintenance technicians and contractors on various tasks.
• Handle irrigation, landscaping, snow removal, and related duties as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain proper paperwork and work orders.
