Job summary

Greystar in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure inside and exterior buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will diagnose issues from resident requests and complete repairs following established policies and codes.

You’ll oversee the make-ready process for vacant homes, schedule vendors, maintain inventory, assist with budgeting for repairs and capital projects, and conduct routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools; safe use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, communicate effectively.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal preferred for HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from resident service requests following policies and codes.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant homes, schedule vendors, and complete tasks.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Inspect work by others and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, and assist budgeting for repairs.
