Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in maintenance.
• Proficiency with most used hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instruction.
• Ability to work with outside contractors, vendors, and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance/repair on interior and exterior areas of the property.
• Carry out basic carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical duties and HVAC maintenance.
• Snow removal and lawn/grounds care.
• Support events and respond to maintenance requests as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and company policies.
