Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure property buildings, grounds, and common areas meet high standards of safety and functionality. You’ll handle routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and assist with make-ready for new leasing, while coordinating with vendors as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, and strong communication skills.

• Proficient with standard office software and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep building interiors, exteriors, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and manage punch lists with vendors as needed.
• Document work orders and inspections; follow safety policies and code requirements.
