Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Perry, GA to keep plant equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect machinery, and support site managers with maintenance planning.

The role requires mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge, with PLC I/O and TCP/IP understanding. A high school diploma is required; a technical degree is preferred. Physical work and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of motors, controllers, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Preferred: 2 year technical degree and meat processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machines regularly for signs of malfunction and perform scheduled testing.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and document work orders in CMMS.
• Collaborate with site managers to plan maintenance schedules.
• Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electric and hydraulic issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with safety standards.
