Link Snacks in Perry, GA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily installation, repair and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. You will direct maintenance technicians, work with production leaders to schedule work, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement with a collaborative team.

This role requires leadership, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to manage 24/7 operations in a fast-paced meat processing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equipment maintenance in manufacturing, including hydraulics, pneumatics, & electronics; leadership experience.
• Associates or Technical Degree in applicable field preferred.
• Experience in meat processing and packaging plant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and development and performance feedback.
• Collaborates with maintenance planner and production leaders to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures including LOTO, QEW, Confined Space entry, Emergency Response.
• Performance Management: coaching, mentoring, training, and development of team members.
• Review and approve timecards and manage KPIs for the maintenance department.
• Staffing in a 24/7 facility, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ordering parts, tools, and supplies; develop SOPs and training materials.
