Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team to bring units to market-ready condition per Peak Living standards. Hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hours calls.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, processing work orders, and assisting with building, common areas, and preventative maintenance to protect property equipment and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
