Job Summary

Maintains facility cleanliness and performs simple maintenance and shop procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean shop areas by sweeping, mopping, and operating a floor scrubber.
• Clean up spills and stains, dispose of garbage and recyclables properly.
• Clean machines and perform simple maintenance tasks such as painting, changing filters and light bulbs.
• Maintain yard cleanliness, landscaping, and snow removal from sidewalks.
• Clean office, bathrooms, lockers, lunchroom, and break areas as assigned.
• Inventory cleaning and bathroom supplies.
• Follow lockout tagout procedures.
• Work under direct supervision with thorough knowledge of Ace Precision Quality System work instructions.
• Maintain or exceed production standards through organization and planning.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Meet attendance policies.
• Assist team members as needed.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Education and experience include:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language skills:

• Ability to read English, understand safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Effective communication with employees and stakeholders.

Mathematical skills:

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

Reasoning ability:

• Use judgment to follow instructions, prescribed methods, and make minor decisions.
