Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant for Gateway Commons in Hillsboro, OR. You will perform cleaning and minor maintenance, process work orders, and assist with turnovers while ensuring OSHA and Guardian policies are followed.

The role is entry-level with training provided, schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, DOE, plus benefits and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and product use.
• Basic knowledge of building/grounds maintenance such as changing lightbulbs/raking.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• Willingness to complete training requirements and attend sessions.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Support supervisor to meet property management obligations.
• Walk property grounds daily for cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Clean and maintain common areas and entryways.
• Maintain dumpster/recycling areas daily.
