Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant for Amber Court & Suzann Plaza in Aloha, OR. The role involves cleaning, light maintenance, and processing work orders to maintain curb appeal and property quality.

Entry-level training is offered. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hourly pay of $22–$24 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, FSA, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and product use.
• Possess basic knowledge of building and grounds maintenance such as changing lightbulbs, raking.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete company training requirements for this position within pre‑determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
• Possess basic computer‑literacy and willingness to complete regular tasks using standard computer or web‑based technology.

Responsibilities

• Always represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Support supervisor’s efforts to ensure that the company’s efforts fully meet and exceed property management obligations.
• Walk property grounds daily to ensure grounds are clean and property has excellent curb appeal.
• Walk common areas daily, clean and maintain all common areas.
• Maintain common areas, entryways, and dumpster/recycling areas daily.
• Alert supervisor of any potential liabilities or repairs.
