Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking an entry-level Service Technician Support, Level 1 in Hillsboro, OR. The role focuses on basic service requests, make-ready tasks, and common area maintenance with supervision and opportunities to develop more complex repair skills.

You will prepare units for move-in, attend trainings, handle minor work orders, and assist with grounds maintenance while following safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong quality and deadline orientation.
• Strong dependability, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, often acquired through training rather than years of experience.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for the properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for move-in readiness, including painting and light repairs.
• Attend training and development opportunities (eLearning, in person, and one-on-one).
• Address minor work orders: bulbs, plumbing leaks, hardware, drywall repairs.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform general grounds maintenance and assist with trash removal and curb painting.
• Support higher-level technicians.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
