Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bell Southpark I in Austin, TX. You will perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, address repairs, and support the community with timely service.

You’ll work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry basics, and safety procedures, with opportunities to grow and receive customized training. The role requires strong customer service and reliable attendance, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on staffing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and repairs as scheduled.
• Respond to resident and staff repair requests promptly.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow safety/OSHA requirements and maintain a safe work area.
