Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Bell South Lamar in Austin, TX. You will maintain the grounds and assist with community maintenance under the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of experience in grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of experience in landscaping.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required in communities, based on staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Maintain cleanliness outside each building and the grounds surrounding each building.
• Keep a uniform landscaped look by picking up debris around buildings and common areas.
• Clean gutters and plant/tend to flowerbeds, trees, shrubs; trim, mow, fertilize, and apply pest control as needed.
• Follow procedures for basic maintenance of tools and equipment and repairs as necessary.
• Clean and remove trash; perform pool maintenance duties if required.
• Shovel snow and spread salt on walkways as needed for safety.
• Assist maintenance team in vacant units or light work orders/punch lists.
