Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Mississippi to maintain and repair industrial electrical systems and automated machinery. You will diagnose electrical faults, service PLCs/servos, and perform preventative maintenance while adhering to NEC standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, PLCs, and VFDs.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
Ability to read and interpret manuals and technical diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in equipment, controls, and components.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to perform maintenance.
Install, upgrade, and support electrical equipment and system enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance teams to diagnose root causes.
Maintain CMMS records and train maintenance staff on electrical systems.
