Qualifications
- 7–10 years in industrial maintenance or a technical degree with 7+ years in industrial setting.
- Specialization in Electrical Technology required.
- LOTO, Arc Flash, Forklift and Fall Protection training completed.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily machine inspections and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues.
- Lead and train lower-tier maintenance technicians; coordinate downtime.
- Communicate issues to management and other departments.
- Maintain and upgrade processes and equipment; follow PM procedures.
- Manage projects and supervise technicians; use CMMS to document work.
