Job summary

MI Windows and Doors is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing lines. You will document work orders and maintain facility utilities, working with supervisors and contractors as needed.

The role requires safety-first discipline, basic electrical knowledge, and ability to read schematics. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Technical or Trade school degree preferred, or a combination of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus 2 years of experience in a maintenance occupation in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity.
• Basic understanding of schematics and blue prints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a safe manner following company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and repair equipment in the assigned area under supervision.
• Complete maintenance, repair, and operations documentation and Proteus entry.
• Work with outside contractors to complete projects and improvements.
