Join the Weigand-Omega Team as a Maintenance Technician in Wichita, KS. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the property, ensuring interior, exterior, and site conditions are maintained and repaired as needed. Some duties may vary from those listed.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualities

• Perform duties reliably, efficiently, and with high quality
• Provide excellent customer service and foster good resident/tenant relations
• Work independently, lead others, and participate in team meetings and training

Experience, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• EPA Universal Certification required
• At least 2 years of experience through Vocational HVAC schooling (transcript or certificate required) and/or verifiable apprenticeship training
• Tools necessary to perform the job duties
