Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to support multiple associations in Santa Fe, NM. You will perform routine inspections, repairs, and grounds maintenance to keep buildings and outdoor amenities in top condition.

The role requires independence, professionalism, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying weather, and coordinate with vendors. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are also required.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb and walk up to 4 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Work in variable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance: perform inspections and upkeep of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical components.
• Address and resolve repair requests in common areas.
• Groundskeeping: maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces and amenities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
