Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Brevard County market.

The role focuses on completing maintenance tasks across multiple associations, interacting with homeowners, vendors, and the Association Board of Directors. Responsibilities include routine inspections of building systems, handling repairs in common areas, grounds maintenance, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance across building systems preferred.
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Inspect and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Repairs: Address resident repair requests and resolve issues in common areas.
• Grounds keeping: Maintain cleanliness of outdoor amenities and pool areas.
• Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Other duties as assigned
