Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities. You will handle home/building repairs, grounds upkeep, and ensure cleanliness and curb appeal for residents and prospective renters.

The role supports safety and utility systems, with duties including snow removal, lawn care, and reporting issues to the manager. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1) 6 months maintenance experience preferred.
• Must lift at least 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on homes and facilities.
• Operate and maintain grounds, streets, and utility systems.
• Address repairs and upkeep of clubhouses, offices, and pools.
• Assist with snow removal and lawn care as needed.
