Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance on a varied line of machine tools, material handling equipment, forklifts, heating, forming, and forging systems, plus buildings and grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and perform electrical repairs/new construction.
• Read and interpret blueprints; follow National Electric Code and local codes when installing systems.
• Disassemble and inspect parts, rebuild or overhaul machines and components; perform welding, pipefitting, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Perform periodic inspections, lubricate equipment, and provide written status reports.
