Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Industrial Machinery Maintenance Specialist to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across a variety of machine tools and facility systems in Kentucky. The role involves installing, leveling, and aligning equipment, performing ballbar tests, Renishaw probing, and laser alignment to maintain peak performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC controls (Fanuc, Mazak Mazatrol, Siemens, Okuma OSP, Haas) and the ability to read complex

Qualifications

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems on CNC and conventional equipment.
• Read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC schematics.
• Perform ballbar testing and Renishaw probing for alignment and calibration.
• Welding and fabrication of guards and parts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across machine tools and facility systems.
• Install, level, and align equipment; perform ballbar testing and laser alignment.
• Service and repair electrical/electronic systems including utilities and HVAC.
• Perform preventive maintenance and log activities in CMMS.
• Disassemble, repair, and rebuild mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Upgrade CNC controls and troubleshoot on Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens, Okuma, Haas; Heidenhain a plus.
• Read and create hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical schematics and drawings.
• Rig, install, and align equipment safely; coordinate parts and vendor support.
• Cut, weld, fabricate, and machine parts and guarding.
