Job summary

KIRIU USA Corporation in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This role supports safety and productive operations to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical degree (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in electrical/electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics. CNC, PLC and robotics programming knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance for production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust machinery.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Read work orders and manuals to perform required maintenance.

Job DetailsJob Location: KIRIU USA - Bowling Green, KY 42101Salary Range: $30.00 Hourly

Job purpose

This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objective.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines and/or equipment.
• Use of a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and/or service.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements for this position; 2 year technical degree or equivalent experience, background in troubleshooting and repair of automated machinery with emphasis on electrical and electronics. A working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable. Knowledge and experience with CNC, PLC and robotic programming preferred.

Working conditions

Some weekend work may be required to accommodate production requirements. Metal dust is a by-product of our manufacturing process. Occasional overtime needed to cover absence and vacations.
