Job summary

Presrite Corporation in Kentucky seeks a Maintenance Electrician to troubleshoot and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime. You will use CMMS, diagnose faults on conveyors, presses, CNC machines, hydraulics and pneumatics, and document work orders while prioritizing uptime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience.
• Advanced understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanics.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and CNC equipment.
• Comfortable with computers and CMMS.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work off shifts/weekends.
• Military experience a plus; Predictive Maintenance experience (Thermography, Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of equipment and use of CMMS.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical drive systems, conveyors, presses, CNC machinery, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing; gather parts for repairs.
• Enter job/work information into CMMS on a routine basis.
• Attend daily shift meetings to prioritize work orders and minimize downtime.
• Maintain parts and tools inventory and ensure safe, compliant operations.
