Job summary

Cornwell Quality Tools is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service and repair a range of equipment across multiple locations. The role emphasizes electrical and mechanical proficiency, with opportunities to perform routine and emergency maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of maintenance experience, the ability to read schematics, and a valid driver’s license, in an employee-owned environment that rewards contribution and stability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical background.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• CNC maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver’s license and adequate insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Strong preference in CNC Repair, Electrical and Mechanical Backgrounds.
• Perform daily trips to multiple Cornwell locations for maintenance, pickups, and deliveries.
• Install, service, and maintain lighting systems, electric motors, transformers, and other electrical systems.
• Lubricate parts for washers, blasting machines, saws, lathes, and roof exhaust fans.
• Test and inspect circuits and wiring for safety compliance.
• Repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, water, steam, and air support systems.
• Respond to emergency repairs, including electrical fires and machinery breakdowns.
• Perform plumbing tasks, including installation and maintenance of gas, air, and water systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, including pump stations and boiler checks.
