Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents and maintain property standards. You will deliver excellent customer service and handle routine service requests with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities include completing resident and property service requests, performing trades such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, drywall, and related tasks, and maintaining a positive, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and strong communication.
• Experience in building maintenance or property services.
• Willingness to learn trades such as HVAC, plumbing, painting.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
