Job summary

Pegasus Residential’s Highlands at Alexander Pointe in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service residents and maintain the property. You will respond to work orders, maintain common areas, and support a best-in-class environment with a customer-focused mindset.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, a willingness to learn, and may hold EPA/CPO certification. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with pool maintenance and grounds is a plus.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
