Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Highlands at Alexander Pointe in Charlotte, NC. This on-site, full-time role focuses on resident service, timely completion of maintenance requests, and upkeep of common areas.

Candidates should have a customer-focused attitude and be willing to learn additional building trades. A valid driver’s license is required and EPA/CPO certification is a plus.
