Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is hiring for an Apartment Maintenance role at our Charlotte property. You will own your duties on site, delivering outstanding service to residents and promptly completing service requests while maintaining the property’s appearance and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in apartment maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a positive, proactive attitude. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a strong work ethic is expected in a fast-paced team environment.

• 2 years of Apartment Maintenance experience
• Must have valid Driver's License
• EPA or CPO certification a plus
