Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Upscale properties in Charlotte, NC. You will perform routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool care, drywall, and carpentry, ensuring high standards for resident comfort and safety.
