Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procedures, policies, and safety in maintenance work.

• Garage door installation/repair experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craftsmen in building maintenance and repair tasks including hardware and carpentry.
• Review, process, file, and submit work orders, blueprints, time sheets, and daily logs.
• Operate various tools and machines; ensure safety in use and handling.
• Set up for special events and assist County Council and officials professionally.
• Maintain security procedures for sensitive areas and inventory common garage door parts.
