• Oversees maintenance tasks including doors, locks, access control, signs, fencing, gates.
• Requisitions equipment and materials; maintains records of work orders and logs.
• Inspects ongoing work for quality, safety, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Interacts with supervisors, department heads, and the public; coordinates and trains co-workers.
