MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Carillon Apartments team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance across trades, respond to service requests, and help keep our community in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance on 150+ unit properties preferred.
• Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C) required.
• Strong customer service and team-work skills.
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and prepare apartments for turnover.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.
• Work in a customer-focused, team environment.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carillon Apartments, in Woodland Hills, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 recent years experience in apartment maintenance on 150+ unit property preferred!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $24-$25/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
