Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Carillon Apartments in Woodland Hills, CA. The role includes cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas, completing service requests, appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers, while handling emergency calls with a strong customer service focus.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on 150+ unit properties, proficiency across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), reliable transportation,

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carillon Apartments, in Woodland Hills, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• $24-$25/hour DOE
