Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Park 12 property in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on all-trades maintenance, ground and common area upkeep, and timely response to service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) required.
• Customer service attitude and flexibility are key to success.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Perform painting, apartment turnovers, and other tasks as needed.
• Handle emergency calls and related duties.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team atour beautiful property, Park 12, in San Diego, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance!


• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!


• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!


• Reliable transportation is a MUST!


• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$27/hour DOE
