Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Reno, NV team. You will service a 200-unit property, perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and appliance maintenance, and help keep common areas in top condition.

A strong customer service mindset and ability to work in a team are essential, with on-call rotation. Qualified candidates have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on large properties, reliable transportation, and a flexible,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance on 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other trades.
• Customer service oriented and team-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and complete apartment turnovers.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
