Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Perform service requests as required and prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins.
• Maintain unit appearance, including painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
• Assist in ordering supplies and support preventative maintenance activities as directed.
