Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a maintenance associate to perform routine upkeep across apartments and common areas, including preparing units for new residents and supporting preventive maintenance programs. The role requires hands-on work with tools and equipment and strong communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, cleaning tasks, and assisting in general repairs under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow simple to moderately complex instructions.
• Willingness to perform various maintenance tasks and use common tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas, and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new move-ins and maintain grounds.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine cleaning tasks.
• Assist in repairs to buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery.
