Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support multiple multifamily communities. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance across offices and residential properties to ensure safety and curb appeal.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of repair experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC), good communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and EPA or CFC certification. Base salary with bonus and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Two years hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment; valid driver’s license and clean driving record with auto insurance.
• EPA or CFC certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintenance of office facilities (painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping).
• Responsible for hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection, repair, and general upkeep of offices and other interior/exterior areas.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical components of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in maintenance log.
• On-call emergency service as required.
• Works with maintenance staff to maintain grounds and keep them free of trash and debris.
• Monitors maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment (water heaters, HVAC).
• Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus and replaces damaged wiring and components.
• Replaces faulty electrical components and motors as needed.
