Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance in apartments, common areas and amenities, and to prepare units for new move-ins. The role involves painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include ordering supplies, lawn care, minor repairs to plumbing and electrical systems, and assisting other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance in apartments, common areas and amenity spaces.
• Prepares vacant units for new move-ins and performs cleaning tasks.
• Assists in ordering supplies and maintaining grounds and buildings.
• Repairs plumbing, electrical systems and other building components as needed.
• Maintains property appearance and adheres to safety and attendance policies.
