Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and minor repairs across our affordable housing properties. You will handle tasks from plumbing to painting under direction of the Community Manager, and you will help keep units safe, clean, and well-maintained.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of maintenance experience, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. It offers weekday hours, on-site work, and opportunities for growth within a growing property

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience is required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.
• Perform minor repairs including drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain property grounds including lawn care, snow removal, and cleaning of common areas.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and schedule inspections to identify issues.
• Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed.
