Equity Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform diverse hands-on maintenance tasks, ensuring market-ready apartments and well-kept grounds. You will conduct preventative maintenance and assist with inspections to identify needed repairs.

The role requires ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. CDL not required, but reliable transportation is essential.

Qualificações

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC as applicable.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
• EPA 608 certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Address resident service requests promptly.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks across trades.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain community grounds.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repairs or replacements.
