Job summary

Brookdale in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep community buildings and grounds in top condition. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment, while addressing resident requests with professionalism.

You will liaise with fire marshals, inspectors, and other authorities to ensure compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
• Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
