Brookdale Senior Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a PRN Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety and comfort of our senior communities. You will oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment, ensuring clean, safe and compliant environments for residents and staff.

You will respond to maintenance requests, perform repairs, and coordinate with community directors while upholding Brookdale’s safety

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, electrical, or general facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics where applicable.
• Good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and related systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents and document actions.
• Coordinate with fire marshal, building inspectors and other authorities as required.
