Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across community facilities, including HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, and kitchen equipment.

This role requires coordinating with community directors and residents, maintaining safety and compliance with regulations, and providing reliable hands-on support to keep our campuses well maintained.

Qualifications

• Maintenance on HVAC, elevator and fire/sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
• Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and other jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment.
• Perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents.
