Qualifications

• Maintenance technicians perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
• Maintain compliance with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
