Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and unplanned maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire/sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and related assets across our community facilities. This on-site role supports safe, compliant, and well‑maintained living spaces for residents and staff.

The position is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technician responsibilities include performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and related infrastructure.
• Ability to respond to maintenance requests from community directors and residents in private and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with fire marshal, building inspector, and other authorities to ensure compliance.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional common areas and equipment.
