Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Seattle is seeking a reliable maintenance professional to keep our facilities safe and functional. You will perform building maintenance, painting, electrical work, plumbing, and general repairs, ensuring equipment operates smoothly and repairs are completed promptly.

Qualifications

Three years or more of related experience in general maintenance work.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance of building(s), including painting, electrical, and general repairs.
Resolves complex maintenance problems. Keeps related records. Completes repair projects and minor remodels.
Inspects and services vans, and keeps related records.
Maintains and repairs fitness equipment.
Reports and resolves building problems.
May order maintenance supplies and equipment. Maintains equipment and tools.
May coordinate work of contractors, as assigned.
May move furniture.
