The Seattle YMCA is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to direct maintenance and improvement operations for the branch’s property, facilities, and vehicles. You will oversee preventative plans, budgets, and supervision of maintenance staff to ensure reliable operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating preventative maintenance programs, mentoring staff, and guiding leadership on facilities issues.

Directs the maintenance and improvement operation plans of assigned branch property, facilities, and/or vehicles. Maintains and repairs building and equipment. Supports annual maintenance and improvement plans of properties, facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance plans and related budgets.
M-F 6am - 3pm

$80,168.40/annually.

Responsible for ensuring staff are properly screened, trained, supervised and held accountable to the organization’s abuse risk management standards.
