Job summary
Republic Services seeks a Maintenance Technician B to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, and control systems. The role involves on-site and road service, with training in new technologies and a path for professional growth.

Qualifications
- Diagnose multi-system issues with hands-on repair ability.
- Understand work order labor time standards and efficiency.
- Experience with light/medium and heavy-duty trucks or equivalent equipment.
- ASE certifications are a plus; a CDL is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair vehicle components: chassis, bodies, and control systems.
- Repair hydraulic and air brake systems; perform light engine work.
- Service suspension, drivetrain, steering, HVAC, and accessories.
- Provide safe road service when needed and identify malfunctions via tools.
- Complete company training and perform other duties as assigned.
